AI Workforce Sprint
One working AI system, on your infrastructure, in 4 to 6 weeks
Agencies quote $450k to $4M and 12 to 24 months for internal software programs. We replaced one of those quotes with five weeks of work by one operator and an AI. That is not a pitch; it is the origin story of this studio, and the sprint is that method, productized.
One system, scoped in writing, built on your accounts, handed over with docs and a recording. From $9,500, fixed before we start.
The delivery cap is one sprint in flight at a time. If the slot is taken, you get a written start date, not a waiting-list platitude.
Who it's for
- Businesses with one painful, well-defined process: reconciliation, quoting, reporting, intake triage, catalogue management.
- Teams that want the system on their own accounts, not rented through an agency's platform.
- Companies that tried a no-code automation and hit its ceiling.
Who it's not for
- Exploratory R&D with no defined outcome. Do the $1,900 audit first; it exists to define the outcome.
- Anyone who wants us to operate their infrastructure forever. We build, document, hand over, and leave. The Fractional AI Officer retainer exists if you want ongoing ownership.
What you get
- One working agent or internal application, scoped in writing before we start, shipped to YOUR GitHub, Supabase, and Netlify accounts.
- Real auth, not a demo login. Documentation a new hire could follow.
- A recorded handover walkthrough plus two weeks of written post-handover support.
- Zero lock-in: your repos, your data, your keys. If we disappear, everything keeps running.
How it runs, without meetings
-
Written scope, fixed price
You describe the process at /start. We reply with a written fixed-price scope: inputs, outputs, edge cases, what done means. Change later means a new order, so scoping is taken seriously.
-
Build in the open
We build on your accounts from day one. You watch progress in your own repo. A written brief lands every week. Questions answered in writing within one business day.
-
Handover with receipts
Acceptance is against the written scope. You get the recorded walkthrough, the docs, and two weeks of written support. Then it is yours, entirely.
the proof behind this
The same sprint format built our own ad-spend truth engine, an in-house CRM, a customer-facing AI advisor with real auth, and factory tools, all in production, as of July 2026.

Questions, answered
What can you actually build in 4 to 6 weeks?
One well-scoped system: an ad-spend reconciliation engine, a quoting agent, an intake triage system, an internal CRM view, a catalogue automation. We have built each of those for our own companies. The constraint is scope discipline, not capability.
Why does it start at $9,500?
Because the deliverable is a production system with auth, docs, and handover, not a prototype. Agencies quote $3k to $15k for comparable single builds and often keep the infrastructure. Ours ships on your accounts at a fixed price agreed before we start.
What does 'on my infrastructure' mean concretely?
Your GitHub organization owns the code. Your Supabase project holds the data. Your Netlify account serves the app. Your API keys, which you can rotate at any time. We request access during the build and you revoke it after handover.
What happens if the scope changes mid-build?
The build continues to the written scope, and the change becomes a new written order with its own price. This is what keeps fixed prices honest and timelines real.
Do you use Claude, OpenAI, or something else?
We default to Claude for agent work because that is what runs our own fleet, but the choice is made per scope and documented. You hold the API keys either way and can see exactly what each run costs.
