Operators first, agency second
Before this studio existed, we built its product for ourselves. Our founders run a multi-company group: a D2C consumer brand, a B2B manufacturer and exporter, and the operations that tie them together. Over the last years we replaced the group's manual production work with a self-built AI operating layer: a registered fleet of 41 agents (9 live in production as of 2026-06-30), an ad-spend reconciliation engine, an in-house CRM, a factory ERP, a customer-facing AI advisor with real authentication, and B2B sites whose automated publishing started producing quality inbound leads within about a month of going live.
Then one comparison made the studio inevitable: work that agencies quoted at $450k to $4M and 12 to 24 months, one operator and an AI shipped in roughly five weeks. Not a demo. Production systems the group runs on today. AgenTomte sells that method to businesses that want working systems, not decks.
Where this is going, honestly
The ambition is a fully agentic firm: clients interface with AI end to end, and the quality holds because the operations layer holds. That is the destination, not the day-one claim. Today, two humans architect and approve every engagement; agents do the production work. Each quarter we move items from the human column to the agent column, publicly, on this page.
