The method: written, fixed, handed over

No meetings is discipline, not absence. This page is the entire operating agreement, in plain language.

1. Everything in writing

Intake, scope, questions, weekly briefs, handover: all written. You get a reply to anything within one business day. Every hour we would spend on your call is an hour of build time you paid for. You get a written brief every week instead.

2. Fixed price, fixed scope

Before any build starts you have a written scope with a fixed USD price. A change is a new order, never a surprise line item. This is what makes published prices possible, and it is why our scoping questions are annoyingly specific.

3. Your infrastructure, not ours

We build on your GitHub, your Supabase, your Netlify, your API keys. You watch progress in your own repo. There is no platform of ours to be locked into, and after handover you can revoke our access and nothing breaks.

4. Handover always

Docs a new hire could follow, a recorded walkthrough, and written support after delivery. The test we hold ourselves to: if we disappeared the day after handover, your system keeps running and your team knows how to change it.

5. Proof over promises

Every system we sell is one we already run for our own companies, and every number we publish is dated. When we do not know something, the written answer says so.

FAQ

Method questions, answered

How does an agency work with no meetings at all?

Everything happens in writing: a structured intake, a written fixed-price scope, weekly written briefs during delivery, and a one-business-day reply SLA for questions. Writing is searchable, precise, and does not require four calendars to align.

Isn't async slower than calls?

The opposite, in our experience. Every hour we would spend on your call is an hour of build time you paid for. A weekly written brief carries more decisions than a standing meeting, and nothing said in it evaporates.

What stack do you build on?

Code-first on your accounts: GitHub for code, Supabase for data and auth, Netlify for hosting, Claude for agent work by default. Every choice is documented per scope. No proprietary platform of ours sits between you and your system.

What does handover include?

The system on your accounts, documentation a new hire could follow, a recorded walkthrough, and two weeks of written post-handover support on fixed-scope builds. After handover you can revoke our access and everything keeps running.

How do I know work is happening if we never meet?

You watch commits land in your own repository from day one, and you get a written brief every week: what shipped, what is next, what it costs. Receipts, not reassurance.
