Privacy policy

Effective July 2026. Written to be read, not to hide things.

What we collect

When you submit the form at /start we store what you typed: your name, email, optional company URL, your brief, service interest, budget band, and how you found us. That is the complete list. The site sets no marketing cookies and runs no ad pixels.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in our own database (Supabase) and trigger a notification email to the two founders via our transactional email provider (Resend). Analytics, if enabled, is privacy-first aggregate measurement without cross-site tracking.

What we do with it

We read your inquiry and reply to it. Nothing else. No newsletter enrollment, no drip sequence, no sale or sharing of your data with anyone. If we refer you to another provider, we ask you first.

Retention and deletion

Inquiries are kept as our correspondence record. Email us from the address you submitted with and we will delete your record within one business day, permanently.

Client work

Engagements run on the client's own infrastructure and accounts. Your business data stays in your systems; we access it only as granted, for the written scope, and you can revoke access at any time.
