Why do you publish prices when most AI agencies hide them?
Hidden prices exist to leave room for negotiation against your budget. Published fixed prices force us to scope precisely and let you decide without a sales call. Our prices as of July 2026: audit $1,900, content engine $4,900 plus optional $990/mo, build sprint from $9,500, fractional AI officer $2,900/mo.
Are these prices below market?
Yes, deliberately, as launch pricing. In 2026 the market prices audits at $5k to $15k, single builds at $3k to $15k, and mid-market retainers at $4k to $10k/mo. We will revisit at five paying clients; early clients keep their retainer pricing.
What if my project doesn't fit a package?
Describe it at /start. You get a written fixed-price proposal within one business day. Complex scopes may require the $1,900 audit first, and the audit fee is credited against the build if you proceed.
What do the prices include and exclude?
Included: everything in the written scope, docs, and handover. Excluded: your infrastructure bills (hosting, API tokens, SaaS), which run on your own accounts precisely so you can see and control them. There are no percentage markups on any of it.
How do payments work?
Fixed-price work is invoiced before the build starts, in USD. Retainers bill monthly and cancel monthly with written notice. No deposits-then-surprises; the invoice matches the written scope.
