Case study · built for our own companies
How a 363-product B2B site publishes daily and turns strangers into leads
363-product catalogue, daily automated publishing, quality inbound within the first month
One of our own group’s B2B companies sells a deep physical catalogue: 363 products, each needing a page good enough to answer a buyer’s questions and structured well enough for search engines and AI assistants to cite.
Writing and maintaining that by hand was never going to happen. So we built the machine instead.
What we built
An automated publishing pipeline over the full catalogue: structured product pages generated from real product data, a daily article pipeline for buyer-intent topics, schema markup on everything, llms.txt for AI engines, and a QA gate so nothing publishes without passing rules a human wrote. A human approves every publish.
This is the system we now install for clients as the Content Engine. The version on this site, including the blog you can read here, is the same machine.
What happened
Within roughly a month of going live, the site began producing quality inbound leads: real buyers with real requirements, arriving from search without a single ad dollar or cold email. As of July 2026 it publishes daily, unattended except for the human approval step.
We deliberately publish no revenue figures for this company. The claim we stand behind is the one we can date: quality inbound within the first month of shipping the playbook.
Why it matters for you
The playbook was not magic; it was consistency made cheap. Daily publishing beats burst publishing, structured data beats prose-only pages, and AI engines cite sites that make facts liftable. Very few businesses can staff that. A machine can.
