AI operations audit: what you actually get for $1,900

By Anna, co-founder, build and content

“AI audit” is one of those services that can mean anything, which is why most of them are worth nothing. This is exactly what ours contains, so you can compare line by line.

Deliverable one: the automation map

Every process we can find in your written intake and granted access, laid out with three facts each: what it costs you today (hours, errors, delay), whether current AI can do it reliably, and what would have to be true for automation to be safe. The map usually surfaces processes the owner forgot they were paying for.

Deliverable two: the ranked build list

Each automation candidate gets two scores: effort (how long a competent builder needs) and ROI (what the automation returns per month, in hours or money). Then the list is sorted. This sounds obvious. It is also the single thing most AI consulting engagements never produce, because a ranked list is checkable and a vision deck is not.

The scoring method is not invented for your engagement. It is the one we use to decide what our own agents build next, across the 41-agent fleet that runs our group.

Deliverable three: the 90-day roadmap

What to build first, second, third. What each step should cost, whether you build it with us, in-house, or with someone else. What to measure so you know it worked. The roadmap is written so it survives contact with any builder; if you never speak to us again, it still works.

The refund clause, seriously

If the audit finds nothing worth building, the $1,900 comes back in full. This is not marketing courage. Some businesses genuinely should not automate yet: volumes too low, processes too unstable, data too scattered. Telling you that in writing and refunding costs us less than shipping a padded report that burns your trust and our reputation.

How it runs
